We review orders to ensure purchaser eligibility and research-use compliance. This is standard practice for responsible research supply and usually takes no longer than one business day.

Delivery & Fulfilment

All orders are dispatched from our UK facility. Delivery options, courier details and charges are shown at checkout. Tracked dispatch is standard.
Storage requirements vary by product. Lyophilised materials typically require -20C and solutions may require refrigeration. Always refer to the product label, COA or SDS for specific guidance.
Currently we fulfil UK orders only. If you are based outside the UK and interested in our products, contact us to discuss your requirements.
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where relevant. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Documentation Questions

Absolutely. Submit a documentation request with the product name and SKU and we will provide the available COA, SDS or batch records. We encourage buyers to review documentation before purchase.
Depending on the product, we can provide: Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), batch or lot records, product specification sheets and storage guidance.
We aim to respond to all documentation requests within one business day. For complex or multi-product requests, allow up to two business days.
Stop and contact us before handling the product. Send your order number, product name, SKU, batch/lot number and an image of the document. We will investigate and resolve it quickly.
